  • Production starts 24 hours after ordering. Generally, TPE dolls take 1-3 weeks, and silicone dolls take 3-6 weeks depending on the brand.

 Discreet Packaging

  • All packaging is discreet, with no private information visible. No one will know what’s inside the carton box!
  • We respect and protect every customer’s privacy. The sex doll/torso/toy is packed and shipped in a plain, unmarked carton box, ensuring that its contents remain unknown. On customs declarations, the product is simply listed as ‘Mannequin’.
  • We will send you a tracking number in 2-4 working days after your order is dispatched. We keep a close eye on all shipments and will regularly update you on its status.
  • Need a change in delivery address or a delay receiving? Contact us before we ship. For delivery to a nearby pick-up location or store, please note it on your order or get in touch.
  • Products in stock generally ship from our local warehouses, arriving in about a week. Custom-made dolls are sent from the factories in China and take around 2-3 weeks by air.

  • Different countries have distinct customs and tax policies. We cooperate with many experienced shipping forwarders to ensure smooth delivery. Rest assured, we’re here to help.
  1. For US, UK and EU, shipping by our default channels, we handle customs clearance and duties. If customers require shipping by UPS express, we do not cover clearance and duties. (Import taxes and fees are not applied in the US.)
  2. In some countries like Canada and Australia, you can pay an additional fee(~US$100) to upgrade the shipping channel. We will help clear customs and pay the duties for you, allowing for hassle-free delivery to your doorstep.
  3. In other countries, only express shipping is allowed. Receivers are responsible for clearing customs and paying the duties.

      United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, Greece, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latviaand Lithuania.

    • Tariff-Free Asian Countries/Regions:

      Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, UAE, and Cambodia.

    • Express Shipping Only Countries/Regions:

      Alaska(US), Hawaii(US), Switzerland, Norway, Brazil, Mexico, etc.

  •  Upon receiving the package, please check the outer box and all items inside. If there is any package issue, please report to us immediately.
  • Incorrect Package:

    If the received doll does not match our website or factory images, please send us an unboxing video. This video should include the doll’s full body, head, shipping label, and external packaging. We will confirm with the factory and carrier, then organize a solution for you.

  • Damaged Dolls:

    For severe damage upon arrival, please immediately contact the local shipping carrier. We will assist you in filing disputes and claims with UPS, FedEx, or other freight carriers. If you encounter small issues, please take photos and contact us for after-sales solutions such as a repair kit.

  • Missing Package:

    If tracking indicates your package was delivered, but it’s missing, please contact UPS/FedEx to file a claim as soon as possible. As a precaution, most of our packages require an adult’s signature upon delivery(some exceptions apply).

  • If your sex doll has any defects and hasn’t been used, we can arrange a return based on our return & refund policy. You can notify us within 24 hours of receiving her.
  • Sex doll cleaning & caring are vital. Proper maintenance and care are necessary and can prolong your sex doll’s lifespan.
